501 Marina Road, Titusville
Parks Referendum Project
FROM US Hwy 1 and Garden Street, go north on US Hwy 1 and turn
right at Marina Road. The park is just past Titusville Marina.
Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.
Located north of the Titusville Marina,
the facilities at this 20.35-acre community riverfront park
include a boat ramp and
dock, softball fields, concession, and restrooms. It is currently
home of North Brevard Youth Softball Association until the
athletic fields at Chain of Lakes Recreation Complex are complete.
Besides active sports, shoreline fishing along the Indian River
is a popular pastime. Click on the Parks Referendum

Launch Ramp
2010 Jones Avenue, Mims
FROM US Hwy 1 at Garden Street (SR-406), go 4.9 miles north
on US Hwy 1, turn right and go 1.2 miles on Wiley Avenue, then
go left on Hammock Road 0.2 miles, turn right and 0.1 miles
on Jones Avenue.
Boat ramps open 24 hours a day.
This .8-acre boating area featuring a natural dirt launch area
is located north of Wiley Road in Mims on the Indian River.

FROM US Hwy 1 at Fay Blvd, the park entrance is just south
of the intersection along the Indian River.
FROM SR-520 go 8.8 miles north on US Hwy 1, the park is on
the right just south of the Fay Blvd intersection.
Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.
Easily accessible from North U.S. Hwy 1, this 5.03-acre community
river park offers picnicking at picnic shelters with grills,
drinking fountain, benches, shoreline fishing, shuttle viewing,
and an attractive playground for the kids. Park benches and
a paved walkway invite leisurely strolls.

Brevard Walking Trail
1505 Holder Road, Titusville
FROM I-95 take the SR-406 Exit-220 and go west on Garden Street
0.6 miles. Turn right and go 1.5 miles on Carpenter Road, then turn right on
Dairy Road and go 0.3 miles (across I-95). Turn left on Holder Road—a small sandy parking area for the Walking Trail is immediately on the right.
Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.
Located at the corner of Dairy and Holder Roads in North Titusville,
this 6.40-acre community park is a wooded area with a natural
walking trail winding through Florida pines and palms. Volunteer assistance is invited to maintain this trail. Contact the North Area Office at 321-264-5105

Historic Interest
This 16.95-acre neighborhood park is located west of U.S. 1
in Scottsmoor. Landscaped with palms and hardwood trees, the
recreational facilities and Historic Schoolhouse
Ruins are popular attractions. The pavilion, picnic area, playground,
benches, drinking fountain and restrooms complement softball
field activity and invite family gatherings.
