at the A. Max Brewer Causeway from the east end of the draw
bridge to the security gates for Kennedy Space Center.

except for scheduled use. Boat ramps open 24 hours a day.
This urban district river park is situated
on both sides of SR-402 at the A. Max Brewer Causeway from
the east end of the draw bridge to the security gates for Kennedy
Space Center. The 36.6-acre park provides convenient access
to the Indian River for fishing, water sports, sunbathing and
shuttle viewing. Recreational amenities include picnic shelters,
restrooms, boardwalk, fishing pier, and boat ramps with paved
parking for 46 cars and 47 boat trailer spaces. Unpaved parking
for the river shoreline accommodates 100 vehicles.
WATCHABLE WILDLIFE: Dolphin,
Manatee; Listed in State of Florida Great Florida Birding Trail—Migratory
Ducks, Shorebirds, Common Loons and Grebes, Terns, Black Skimmers

St. John Boat Ramp

FROM US Hwy 1 at Fay Blvd, the boat ramp parking is along the
Indian River just south of the intersection.
FROM SR-520 go 8.8 miles north on US Hwy 1, turn right into
the boat ramp parking just south of the Fay Blvd intersection.
Boat ramps open 24 hours a day.
This popular 1.17-acre boat access to the Indian River is conveniently
located near the Fay Boulevard and U.S. 1 intersection. It
can accommodate 40 cars and boat trailers.

FROM I-95 take the Port St. John Exit-208 and go 1.3 miles,
turn left on Grissom Pkwy, go 1.4 miles, turn left on Corto
Road and go 0.1 miles.
FROM US Hwy 1 at SR-520 go north on US Hwy 1 8.8 miles, turn
west on Fay Blvd, go 2.3 miles, turn right on Grissom Pkwy,
go 0.4 miles, turn left on Corto Road and go 0.1 miles.
Park open after 7:00 a.m. until dark except for scheduled use.
Center open Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.; Friday 9:00
a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Saturday Noon-4:00 p.m. and for scheduled use.
This 5.48-acre community park features a Community Center with
a large activity room and stage popular for rentals and youth
programs. The center also includes a recreation room, meeting
rooms and kitchen. Outdoors, the playground and basketball
court are neighborhood favorites. For

This 5.79-acre community river park along the Indian River
features a playground, pavilion with grills, picnic shelters,
benches, restrooms, observation deck, and a fishing pier.

park entrance is on the right.
FROM US Hwy 1 at SR-50 go north on US Hwy 1, 4.1 miles just
past Garden Street. The entrance is on the right.

Historic Interest
This popular 29.88-acre community river park on the Indian River
is home to Titusville Little League. The Astronaut
Memorial Plaza is located near the south
side of the park. Dedicated on Flag Day, June 14, 1986 by City of Titusville, it commemorates the astronaut crews of the Apollo, the Challenger, and more recently, the Columbia Space Shuttle.
A blacktop walkway with .66-mile stationed
exercise trail meanders through open and shaded areas, and the
shoreline invites fishing. Facilities include an athletic concession
building, picnic tables, picnic shelters, small pavilions, grills,
playground, benches, and restrooms.
A large pavilion with kitchen and grills is located near the

is a hub of activity. Completely renovated through the 2000
Parks Referendum, it is home to adult dance groups, senior citizen
