On the Atlantic Ocean at the eastern end of Eau Gallie Boulevard
(SR-518)
Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.
This 9.1-acre community beach park includes a small pavilion,
grill, picnic shelter, benches along crossover, restrooms,
drinking fountain and outside showers. One of the 3 dune crossovers
is wheelchair accessible.
FACILITY USE: First come, first served.
Please be courteous.

Coconut Point Park

FROM US-192 (Melbourne Cswy), go south on Miramir Ave (SR-A1A)
1.0 miles and the road becomes Oak Street (SR-A1A), continue
4.5 miles.
Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use.
This 36.9-acre community beach park and sea turtle nesting
site preserves the natural environment. Popular for surfing,
beachcombing and fishing, the park amenities include a picnic
shelter, restrooms, and outside showers. One of the 2 dune
crossovers is wheelchair accessible.
WATCHABLE WILDLIFE: Listed in State
of Florida Great Florida Birding Trail—Shorebirds such
as Black-bellied Plover, Red Knots (winter); Gannet, Seabirds
(offshore); Red-Throated
Loons (winter)

Eau Gallie Causeway Boat Ramp
Eau Gallie Causeway (SR-518), Melbourne
ACCESS FROM the eastbound lane on the east side of the causeway,
or FROM westbound lane through curb-cut in median.
Boat ramps open 24 hours a day.
This 1.4-acre boating area is a popular boat launch and windsurfing
site. It is also a great place for viewing the annual Christmas
Parade of Boats. Besides the natural windsurfing launch area,
facilities include a 4-lane boat ramp, unpaved parking for
20 cars with boat trailers, and fishing catwalk.

Road 0.9 miles. The entrance is on the left just before Nasa
Blvd.
Open Daily 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. except for scheduled use.
This 53.93-acre community park features
a natural Florida hammock and nature preserve. A popular site
for nature walks and outdoor
festivals including the annual Crackerfest, it features an
elevated boardwalk winding through three different ecosystems
where native plant species and small animals can be viewed.
A medium pavilion with picnic tables and restrooms adjoins
a Nature
Center where exhibits are displayed. For information

FROM Valkaria Road, go 2.3 miles south on US Hwy 1, turn left
to the Indian River.
Boat ramps open 24 hours a day.
This .54-acre boating area provides access to the Indian River.
Facilities include a 1-lane boat ramp, parking for 30 cars
and 6 trailers, and a boat dock.
