Viera Regional Park Community Center

Study Karate under the direction of Hanshi Rogert Scaglione. Children ages 6 and up adapt discipline while learning traditional Karate. Traditional Karate training for adults includes Okinwan weapons and self defense. Classes are held Monday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Cost is $5 per class or $35 per month. The whole family can train for just $40 per month.

Jazzercise Class Wednesday nights 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Jazzercise combines elements of dance, resistance training, pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create programs for people of every age and fitness level.

The 60-minute Jazzercise class includes a warm-up, high-energy aerobic routines, muscle- toning, and cool down stretch segment.

The first class is FREE $8 per class, $32 per month or $80 for an 8 week pass
