Watch for details January-February 2010. Swim Test for all swimmers is required:

• 25 yds Freestyle with rhythmic rotary breathing
  
• 25 yds. Backstroke
  
• Stroke must be done in good form
  

2009 Predators DO NOT have to take swim test to sign up.
