Park and Cultural Center including historic exhibits, and 100-seat conference center for community organizations. The 11.93-acre community park honors the Moores who were parents, educators, and leaders in the civil rights movement both locally and nationally. The Moores were murdered for their involvement in the civil rights movement when a bomb exploded under their home on Christmas night in 1951.

FROM US Hwy 1 at Garden Street, go 3.9 miles north on US Hwy 1, turn left on Parker Street and go 0.2 miles. Turn left on Freedom Avenue and go 0.2 miles to the park.
